Job summary

Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service flow, assist customers, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This full-time position includes commission-based pay ($60,000-$85,000 potential annually), Saturdays, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with opportunities for advancement within Ciocca Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
