Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our dealership team. You will perform repairs and diagnostics on Mercedes vehicles, test systems, and communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about needed services.

We require 5+ years of technician experience, ASE Certification, and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification required.
• A-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of additional services needed.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
