Job summary

RBM of Atlanta, a Mercedes-Benz dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Admin to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on service administration, warranty processing, and ensuring accurate repair orders in line with Mercedes-Benz standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
• Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities is preferred.
• Mercedes-Benz experience and CDK knowledge are preferred.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mathematical skills using American units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the warranty accounting schedule, ensuring warranty-related transactions are reconciled daily.
• Submit and follow up on extended warranty claims in accordance with dealership procedures and warranty requirements.
• Process loaner vehicle reimbursements and document appropriately.
• Prepare service quotes in MPI and assist with documenting recommended services.
• Provide backup support for daily deposits and processing purchase orders.
• Create repair orders for Parts warranty claims with required information.
