Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong HVAC and plumbing experience to lead commercial and residential construction projects in Merced, CA. You will drive on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams from planning through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years in PM for HVAC/plumbing, thorough knowledge of contract documents, RFIs, and cost control.

Qualifications

≥5 years PM experience with HVAC and plumbing in construction/MEP.
Experience with contract documents, RFIs, closeout processes.
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing installation methods and codes.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for HVAC and plumbing scopes, including planning and scheduling.
Review contract documents, subcontracts and change orders to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Track RFIs and maintain project communications and decisions.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors; set priorities and review performance.
Conduct site walkthroughs to verify quality and safety compliance.
