Job summary

The Episcopal School of Dallas is seeking an MEP Technician I to support the Campus Maintenance Engineer in maintaining and repairing building systems, including fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

You will operate BAS/EMS/ATC to monitor systems, program schedules, perform inspections, coordinate with contractors, manage inventory, and ensure safety practices while minimizing disruption to classrooms and activities.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a Trade/Vocational school in HVAC.
• 2+ years related work experience, including supervisory experience.
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs.
• Basic computer knowledge background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Maintenance Engineer with maintenance and repair of building systems.
• Operate and monitor HVAC and lighting via BAS/EMS/ATC.
• Program BAS for holidays and events schedules.
• Perform tests and inspections of building systems to ensure proper operation.
• Coordinate with contractors for MEP projects.
