Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a senior MEP leader to oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, controls, and related systems across data center projects. You will ensure design coordination, installation, commissioning, testing, and successful handover to clients.

Ideal candidate brings 8+ years in MEP coordination and data center delivery, with strong stakeholder coordination and proficiency in Procore, BIM 360/ACC, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MEP coordination, construction management, commissioning, or systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning processes within data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with equipment integration, quality management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP systems integration from design through construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders.
