Qualifications

5+ years of experience in roles involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
4-year technical/engineering degree or equivalent field experience.
Healthcare projects experience preferred.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Enforce safety policies in the field and lead pre-task planning to ensure compliance.
Supervise, coordinate, and sequence contractor work to maintain productivity and minimize conflicts.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical overhead work across rooms and congested spaces.
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and manage activities to stay on track.
Create site logistics plans to maximize productivity and minimize disruption to occupants.
Oversee creation of the MEP punch list and ensure installation meets drawings and specs.
Control field changes and assist with defining scopes in line with trade jurisdictions.
Communicate with the Project Manager to resolve conflicts and minimize delays.
