Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 10 years of construction experience, or 15 years with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sector preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and contractual documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project Manager.
• Assist in development of MEP project schedule and prepare estimates for self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
• Schedule work, including subcontractors, and track productivity and quantities.
