Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in MEP construction project management.
• Proven success delivering large-scale or complex projects ($10M+ in MEP scope).
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen.
• Expert understanding of MEP systems, codes, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum or similar CM software.
