Job summary

Ampam Parks Mechanical Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager - MEP in Carson, CA. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of medium-to-large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction projects, managing budgets and timelines while leading the project teams.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and a strong track record of project management in the MEP industry. Candidates must also have proficiency in construction management software and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M–$50M+).
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects.
• Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams.
• Maintain project-level budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Serve as primary contact for general contractors, architects, and engineers.
