Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking an MEP Project Manager for our Phoenix, AZ unit who is open to travel. You will lead project teams, coordinate schedules and budgets, and drive safety and quality across complex data center sites.

Responsibilities include managing subs, look‑ahead scheduling, cost control, and ensuring closeout documentation while fostering relationships with stakeholders and maintaining high morale on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field and project construction management experience; Data Center context preferred.
• Leadership experience; ability to mentor and develop others.
• Strong communication and scheduling/coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects or large scope with PM oversight.
• Lead subs and field staff; ensure safety and quality on site.
• Manage project schedule, budget and staffing; develop two-week look aheads.
• Coordinate buyout and selection of major subs; review submittals and closeout docs.
