Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an MEP Manager to join our Owner's Rep team in Goodyear, AZ, bringing Data Center project experience. You will lead planning, coordination, and oversight of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring design adherence, budget, schedule, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architectural and structural disciplines, reviewing drawings and BOQs, managing contractors, and delivering successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Data Center and General Contractor experience preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP construction management is a requirement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project & other PM technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP systems on Data Center Projects.
• Ensure installations meet design, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural disciplines to identify conflicts.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contractors and vendors to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities and handover of MEP systems.
