Job summary

The GOR Group, LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the design-to-manufacture coordination for modular infrastructure in Arlington, Texas. You will integrate mechanical, electrical, and design engineering efforts to deliver manufacturable solutions on schedule, with close collaboration across production, quality, procurement, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in MEP construction, modular manufacturing, or project management.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, designers, BIM/VDC teams, fabrication, and production.
• Knowledge of constructability and interfacing design with procurement and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design coordination across mechanical, electrical, and design teams.
• Interface between Engineering and Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and stakeholders.
• Manage design reviews, revisions, submittals, and fabrication readiness.
• Coordinate MEP equipment, piping, ductwork, and controls within modular environments.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, change management, and documentation.
• Support manufacturing readiness and packaging for turnover to field installation.
