Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Professional registration is required.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, executing, and administering MEP projects.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor and report on financial status of projects.

Skills

Knowledge of mechanical, piping or electrical trades

Experience with programs for calculating loads
