Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead commissioning and coordination across mission-critical, healthcare, industrial, or commercial projects in the Dallas area. The role blends field problem-solving with leadership in preconstruction, design development, procurement and startup activities.

You will work with internal teams, owners' reps, vendors and engineers to ensure seamless MEP integration, manage commissioning software, review submittals and MOPs, and mentor

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or low-voltage systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review contract documents and recommend MEP scope adjustments.
• Review MEP trade partner submissions and shop drawings for alignment with documents.
• Implement Brasfield & Gorrie's quality and commissioning process (Level 1–5).
• Facilitate QA for owner-furnished equipment, including specs, submittals, testing, logistics, and startup.
• Manage commissioning software (CxAlloy, ACC Build, BIM 360) from checklist to issue management.
• Review and approve MOPs for energization and tie-ins.
• Review documents related to installation and equipment (torque logs, tests, startup reports).
• Coordinate and lead equipment pre-energization inspections for sign-off.
• Develop and manage the commissioning schedule with partners and vendors.
• Participate in design, schedule, procurement, issue resolution, and safety meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with design and construction teams.
• Collaborate to ensure all MEP systems are integrated into the overall design.
• Support management of MEP trade partners across the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor project staff.
