Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team in planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. You will assist in budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, and project closeout.

The role emphasizes ownership of RFI and submittal processes, detailed documentation, and active site coordination with superintendents to maintain schedules and budgets. Strong team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering required.
• 2–5 years experience managing commercial interior, healthcare or mission-critical projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read drawings and specs, and read schedules.

Responsibilities

• Role model professionally for Interns, Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and new APMs.
• Own the RFI process.
• Own the submittal process.
• Assist in creating accurate budgets and bids.
• Develop knowledge of project cost controls.
• Own project documentation.
• Lead and document OAC meetings.
• Coordinate with superintendent and project manager; frequent site visits.
