Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team from start to finish. You will guide engineers, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and serve as the primary commercial contact with customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of project leadership, a solid grasp of HVAC systems, and experience with MS Office, MS Project or Primavera. Onsite commissioning and field coordination are a plus; we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large buildings.
• Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities.
• Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves.
• Building automation or industrial controls experience is a plus.
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from inception to completion while monitoring scope and schedule.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, invoicing, and change orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders and report status.
• Ensure quality and adherence to engineering standards and QMS.
• Develop tools to improve project management processes.
