RoviSys Company based in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead their Building Automation team. The ideal candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring strong project margins and financial health while coordinating closely with engineers and customers.

Responsibilities include scheduling, risk management, and enforcing quality plans throughout the project lifecycle. The position comes with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000, bonuses, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience in project management or as a technical lead.
• Experience with electrical low voltage installation and subcontractor management is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and building automation systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and increasing financial health.
• Establish schedule and monitor project completion.
• Accurately forecast resources required for the project.
• Enforce quality plans and monitor quality throughout the project lifecycle.
