Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead a growing Building Automation team. You will oversee projects end-to-end, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes project financials, change orders, and risk mitigation, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from start to finish in an engineering environment.
• Ability to organize, schedule, and run meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project margins and improve financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedules.
• Forecast resources and mitigate risks.
• Draft change orders and manage invoicing.
• Coordinate with customers and lead the project team.
• Ensure quality plans are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Contribute to development of PM tools.
