  • Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, documentation and subcontractor coordination.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of project responsibilities.
  • Genuine interest in a long-term career within construction.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline beneficial but not essential.
  • Willingness to work on projects in Central Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Collaborate with project executives, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, quality and progress.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders and project documentation.
  • Support procurement, subcontractor coordination and project delivery.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues and support effective project outcomes.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with project reporting, forecasting and closeout activities.
  • Promote strong standards of safety, quality, teamwork and accountability.
  • Support successful delivery of project milestones and objectives.

Job description

Work Environment: Site-based construction role requiring regular collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and clients. Specific travel requirements will depend on project location.



  • Package: $100,000–$135,000 base salary, plus a 15%–25% annual performance bonus.
