ColonialWebb Contractors in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex mechanical building projects onsite and lead hands-on execution.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, safety, procurement, and subcontractor coordination; driving project performance and client satisfaction from kickoff to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in commercial/industrial PM.
• Hands-on mechanical project management across multiple projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands‑on management of mechanical projects, ideally across several projects.
• Ability to manage continuous flow of material and labor for large projects lasting a year or more.
• Recent experience as PM for a mechanical contractor/subcontractor (not owner’s agent, consultant, or GC).
• OSHA 30‑hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency with current technology (laptop computer, tablet, smartphone, MicrosoftTeams).
• Diplomatic and effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong foresight and problem‑solving skills to make sound business decisions.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
