Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking experienced MEP Project Managers to lead major commercial and industrial construction projects in Richmond, Virginia. You will own large-scale MEP scopes and drive delivery from planning through turnover.

The role targets projects valued at $10M+ and offers a highly competitive salary up to $200k, a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance if required, and strong opportunities for career progression within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial project management experience.
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or electrical construction expertise.
• Experience managing MEP projects or scopes valued at $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, labor and procurement.
• Proven leadership and client-management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
