This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with 2–3+ years of construction management experience who is looking to take ownership of projects and develop into a more senior position as the Virginia operation continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts and subcontractors
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and project stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation

Ideal Background:

• 2–3+ years of construction Project Management experience
• Strong General Contractor / CM background
• Proven experience independently managing construction projects
• Experience with projects valued at $5M–$12M+
• Public-sector construction experience highly preferred
• K-12 / school construction experience is particularly relevant
• Experience with county, municipal, DPW or other government projects
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ambitious and interested in growing into a more senior role
