Salary Range: $160,000-$185,000 annually

About the Role

An established construction company is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes across multifamily construction projects in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing MEP operations on large-scale residential developments, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams.
• Oversee MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and other construction trades.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement, and installation progress.
