Henderson Scott US is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for multifamily residential construction in New York City. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes while coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, with a focus on MEP in large-scale buildings. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success on this

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably MEP.
• Experience with multifamily, residential, or large-scale building construction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proven experience managing MEP subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage all MEP scopes throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams.
• Oversee MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and other trades.
