Job summary

Stark Engineering is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our NYC-based team. This hybrid, full-time role leads MEP engineering projects for retail, workplace, and hospitality, guiding design teams, coordinating with architects and owners, and ensuring codes and quality on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, and skills in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Applicable experience as a Project Manager at MEP engineering consultancy(ies).
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Existing knowledge of MEP engineering design and project processes.
• Experience in direct communication with project stakeholders including architects, owners, and other project consultants.
• Excellent work ethic, attitude, communication, and self-organization skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on assigned projects/programs.
• Represent the firm in meetings and project engagements, both in person and via telecommunication.
• Generate professional service agreements and similar contractual documents.
• Oversee project/account financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Salary Range:

$95,000-$125,000/annum, 5-10 years of experience.

Salary negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Qualifications – Requirements:
