Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an MEP project manager to oversee a retrofit of a warehouse into a 75MW data center near the Kansas City metro area. The role acts as owner's rep coordinating with subcontractors, design, commissioning, and the general contractor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the field with hands-on MEP project experience.
• 3+ years of management or lead role experience.
• Experience with large scale industrial, semiconductor, pharma or data center projects.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors from the owner's side.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's rep interfacing with subcontractors and contractors.
• Manage design and commissioning teams as part of project delivery.
• Interface with the design team, commissioning team, and project team.
• Liaise between design team, owner, and GC; support PM with contracts.
