Job summary

Messer Construction Co. is seeking a qualified professional to lead document control and BIM coordination for complex commercial building projects.

The role focuses on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, with responsibility for shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and progress photos. Candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, bring 5+ years of commercial construction experience, and be willing to work non-traditional

5+ years of commercial construction experience.
Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with MEP focus.
Lead BIM coordination with focus on MEP for building projects.
Plan and execute scheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
Procure mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
Establish project-level risk controls for MEP scopes.
Support Zero Injury safety program.
Support the Quality Leadership System.
Perform other duties as assigned.
