Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of construction experience (internships and co-ops count).
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide document control for shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with MEP focus.
• Assist with spatial coordination and BIM assembly focusing on MEP.
• Assist with scheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
