Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university is required.
• 5–10 years of qualifying experience and/or training or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP trades to develop BIM models.
• Coordinate MEP trades coordination for project commissioning.
• Review MEP subcontractor pay requests.
• Assist in preconstruction including scope review and budgets.
• Conduct MEP project inspections for quality and schedule milestones.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key MEP subcontractors.
• Review MEP submittal data prior to submission to the design team.
• Assist in developing a 100-day plan to obtain a TCO.
• Travel as required.
