Jobot is seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all project phases, ensuring proper installation and integration with project scopes.

You will lead BIM coordination, review drawings, and collaborate with trades and design teams to resolve conflicts, while tracking procurement, lead times, and schedule impacts. A degree in engineering plus 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of MEP coordination experience in construction.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all project phases.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and manage clash detection using BIM tools.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and ensure compliance with project documents.
• Collaborate with trade partners and design teams to resolve system conflicts.
• Track MEP procurement, equipment lead times, and schedule impacts.
• Support testing, inspections, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
