Job summary

AMPAM Parks Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Californiabased team. The role supports the PM team in planning, documenting, and executing MEP service projects, ensuring timely information flow between field, office, vendors, and clients.

Ideal candidates will manage project documentation, coordinate subcontractors, and support cost tracking, invoicing, and procurement while maintaining high standards for safety and quality across all active projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating day-to-day project activities and schedules.
• Ability to manage documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Familiarity with reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and schedules.
• Prepare, track, and manage project documentation including customer communications, coordinated sub-contractors, procurement coordination: material delivery, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate and organized project files within company systems (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum).
• Support project cost tracking, invoice processing, and purchase order management.
• Monitor material orders and delivery schedules in coordination with procurement and field teams.
• Facilitate internal and external communication between field operations, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare project status reports and distribute weekly updates to leadership as required.
• Assist with job closeout documentation, warranty tracking, and project archiving.
• Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams as needed for project-specific labor or timekeeping reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
