Job summary

Amen d Ampam-Parks-Mechanical seeks a Project Coordinator in Wilmington, CA to support the project management team on MEP service projects. You will facilitate information flow between field, office, vendors, and clients to drive efficiency, cost control, and quality delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, managing documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders), and maintaining files in Procore/Bluebeam/Spectrum while partnering with Payroll/HRIS for labor

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum or similar).
• Familiarity with reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Service team in coordinating day-to-day project activities and schedules.
• Prepare, track, and manage project documentation including customer communications, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate and organized project files in company systems (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum).
• Support project cost tracking, invoice processing, and purchase order management.
• Monitor material orders and delivery schedules with procurement and field teams.
• Facilitate internal and external communication between field operations, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare project status reports and distribute weekly updates to leadership.
• Assist with job closeout documentation, warranty tracking, and archiving.
• Coordinate with Payroll and HRIS for labor/timekeeping reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator (PC) supports project management team members in the planning, documentation, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) service projects. This role ensures the timely flow of information between the field, office, vendors, and clients - supporting operational efficiency, cost control, and quality delivery across all active projects and ensure client satisfaction.

• Monitor material orders and delivery schedules in coordination with procurement and field teams.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
