The Project Coordinator supports the project management team in planning, documentation, and execution of MEP services, ensuring timely information flow between field, office, vendors and clients to drive efficiency, cost control, and client

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum or similar).
• Familiarity with reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and schedules with PMs.
• Prepare and track docs: communications, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, minutes, changes.
• Maintain accurate project files in Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum.
• Support cost tracking, invoice processing, and PO management.
• Monitor material orders and delivery with procurement and field teams.
• Facilitate communication between field, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare weekly status reports for leadership.
• Assist with closeout documentation, warranty tracking, and archiving.
• Coordinate labor/timekeeping with Payroll/HRIS as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
