Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Preconstruction Manager to support southeastern projects, developing and maintaining detailed MEP/Systems budgets from concept through design development and into construction.

You will collaborate with project teams and Trade Partners to drive best-value decisions, manage cost data, and apply constructability and value-analysis methods to protect budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required or preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and cost estimation throughout design development and construction.
• PE license is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage MEP/Systems cost data and trade partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with trade managers/estimators and Trade Partners to develop complete project costs.
• Maintain and track MEP/Systems budgets from concept through Construction documentation.
• Fill in missing components using historical cost data and input from Trade Partners.
• Lead value-analysis efforts and ensure alignment with design standards and codes.
