Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operations, inspections, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment at assigned facilities in Pennsylvania. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and assisting MES Mobile Engineers on site.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work safely with tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance operations: perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
• Maintain building systems by cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters, replacing lighting fixtures and ballasts.
• Perform interior maintenance tasks such as hanging artwork, installing office hardware, repairing furniture and doors.
• Support property operations and tenant satisfaction with additional duties as assigned.
