Job summary

Davenport Management & Consulting provides Project Management Solutions and PMO Consulting to a diverse client base. This temporary full-time contract position supports project management, field service coordination, and commissioning in HVAC services.

The role spans contract review, scheduling, risk management, and closeout activities, with collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams to ensure on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years in project management, field service coordination or warranty administration.
• Experience with HVAC startup, commissioning, installation, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and project delivery.
• Experience using SAP / NxGen or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and financial performance.
• Identify project risks and implement recovery plans.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate startup, commissioning, and field service activities.
• Provide project status, financial updates, and risk assessments.
