Gray Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Manager, MEP to support our Field Operations Team on multiple national projects. This field-based role requires coordinating MEP trades, reviewing drawings, and assisting in schedule and cost control.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least five years of related experience, plus proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and emails. Travel across the United States is expected; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required.
• Minimum five years related experience and/or training in construction management.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and email applications.

Responsabilités

• Study specifications to assist planning, staffing and scheduling for each construction phase.
• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Develop warranties, scopes of work and coordination for MEP trades during build.
• Prepare and review cost-to-complete reports, monthly billings and status updates.
• Coordinate on-site activities, review drawings and maintain current sets of plans.
