Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, a leading mechanical contractor serving the Southeast and Midwest, seeks a Mechanical Engineering intern to assist our project management team. You will contribute to design and field observation activities, and support document production in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).

Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering degree and enrolled in an accredited US college or university.
• Interest in working in the MEP field and supporting project teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Precon tasks: takeoffs, estimate reviews, site walks, and proposals.
• Support PM team: submittals, RFIs, meetings, action-item tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Occasional field visits for schedule, quality and safety observations; assist with closeout docs.
