Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Project Manager with MEP construction experience in New York to own delivery from preconstruction to closeout. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive successful outcomes on complex projects.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, plus solid PM and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Experience managing or coordinating MEP construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and project stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Procore or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to attend project meetings and active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve design, coordination, constructability, and scheduling issues.
• Assist with contractor procurement, bid reviews, contract administration, and payment applications.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to clients.
• Support project closeout, commissioning, testing, and handover activities.

• MEP coordination and construction sequencing

Experience working with MEP contractors, engineers, consultants, and general contractors is highly desirable.
