Job summary

Gutridge is seeking a Division Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of MEPF systems on construction projects in central Ohio. You will manage a team of project managers, coordinators, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, aligning work with timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency, with responsibility for staffing, financial performance, and coordination with executives to drive division results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–10 years in MEP/construction.
• 3–5 years in management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and codes.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• PM/leadership certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division planning, execution, and delivery of MEPF systems.
• Lead project managers, coordinators, superintendents, foremen and field staff.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across projects.
• Develop and manage division budget; review labor and expenses with CFO.
• Forecast workload and staffing to meet project demands.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
