Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the Birmingham, AL area. The role requires coordinating design, manufacturing, and construction teams to deliver on schedule and budget, with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of PM experience in construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities within a fast-growing, technology-driven firm that values accountability

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills and strong technical proficiency.
1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Experience in EPC is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage one or multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Lead project launch and planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Oversee projects across various delivery structures (self-perform, subcontractors, and general contractors).
Manage client relationships, communications, reporting, and change orders.
Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
