Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of applicable experience in engineering design, facility management or construction management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or lead MEP subcontractors and design professionals throughout construction.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents for compliance and constructability.
• Support or lead commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Develop procurement strategies and assist with bid packages and cost proposals.
• Foster client relationships and uphold safety, quality, and project controls.
