Job summary

McGough seeks MEP/CX Assistant Project Manager and MEP/Cx Project Manager to support or lead coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and specialty building systems on complex construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years of applicable experience in engineering design, facility management or operations, construction management, or related work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to lead MEP/Cx coordination and manage stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management tech

Responsibilities

• Participate in or lead constructability reviews and design coordination meetings
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals during construction
• Support or lead development of commissioning, startup, and turnover strategies
• Assist in project estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and client satisfaction during project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
