Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in the Philadelphia area. The role involves coordinating and supervising trades on construction projects, and developing schedules to keep projects on track.

You will oversee MEP system installation, maintenance, and repair, while implementing quality control measures and ensuring safety on site. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction coordination, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for projects.
• Effectively communicate with client.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
