Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent to lead MEP coordination within our healthcare construction projects in the Philadelphia area. This role demands a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

A minimum of 5+ years in construction with MEP expertise is required. The position offers strong compensation and growth opportunities, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and effective contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on track.
• Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
• Manage and mentor junior MEP staff.
