Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with Commercial Construction is required.
• Extensive MEP experience is required.
• Experience in the Philly/Wilmington market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP-focused construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure project schedule, budget, and safety requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks specific to MEP systems in commercial projects.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
