Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large commercial projects in the Philadelphia area. You will manage multi-trade coordination, lead staff, and serve as the liaison among owners, tenants, and design teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science and 7+ years of commercial construction management experience, preferably with subcontractors and interiors projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction management.
• Experience coming from the sub-contractor world and exposure to Corporate Interiors is desired.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to the project and coordinate among project owner, tenants, and all professionals involved.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and administrative tasks related to project management execution.
• Oversee trades coordination and project schedule, budget, and related reporting.
• Prepare and submit change orders and ensure subcontractors are informed of changes.
