Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building construction, materials, means and methods, scheduling, project accounting and cost control procedures.
• Competence in representing ESI to clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Represent ESI as an ambassador to clientele, design teams, city officials, and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of a construction project, including bidding, construction/operation, close-out, and warranty.
• Establish, monitor, and understand project finances.
• Generate, track, and maintain complex construction schedules.
• Search for, contract with, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors.
• Regularly visit jobsites to verify adherence to documents and quality standards.
