Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) in the Meridian/Idaho area seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain schedule discipline while communicating with owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years’ construction superintendent experience is preferred but not required.
• Comprehensive understanding of plans, specs, and building codes; OSHA 10/30 trained.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling to ensure timely milestones.
• Organize resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Attend owner/architect/construction meetings and update stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site activities, supervise crews, and enforce safety practices.
• Monitor budgets, report progress, and maintain documentation.
